We currently offer the following secure and flexible payment methods:

- Zippay- Conveniently spread your payments out over time.
Our processing time is usually 1-2 business days. We send via Express Post which can deliver to most areas in Australia within 2-4 days.
If you are in regional areas or remote areas, delivery times can be longer. We do provide tracking details so you can follow and track your order’s journey.

We never hold any payment information on file and never receive any of your personal credit card details.
Once a successful order has been placed the order will be sent to our studio where the products are selected and carefully packaged.
- Your address details are entered into our system and are registered with Australia Post.
- A tracking number is then generated and a label is attached to your order.
- You will receive a confirmation email from us advising the tracking details.
- Your order will then make it’s journey to our local Australia Post depot and then onto to your shipping address.
Yes! Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This is your invoice which outlines the ring you selected, any extra options you may have selected, order amount, your billing and shipping address along with your payment method.
You can print this if required as this will be required for any warranty claim as proof of purchase.
There will be no further invoice or packing slip included with your order.
