Australia & New Zealand customers:

We offer our customers FREE POSTAGE* on all ring orders within Australia (via Express Postage)

A $12.95 postage fee to New Zealand (via Standard Postage)

*Postage fee of $9.95 for standard postage applies to orders of individual ring boxes.

Estimated Delivery Time:
• 2-4 business days* within Australia
• 7-14 business days* to New Zealand
*excluding our order processing times
Delivery times are quoted as per the Australia Post Network estimates.
Order Processing Time:
• Our standard processing time for most orders is 1-2 business days.
• Our processing times are subject to all National and QLD Public Holidays.

Yes! Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This is your final invoice which outlines the ring style and size you selected, any extra options you may have selected, total order amount (including GST if applicable), your billing and shipping address along with your payment method.
You can print this invoice if required as this is considered your proof of purchase.
There will be no further invoice or packing slip included with your order (unless requested).

If you do not receive an invoice via email after completing your order, please check your spam/junk folder.

Absolutely, we have a 30 Day Exchange Policy where you may return your ring to us in its original condition and exchange it for another size or style. More information is available in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

We are currently only accepting orders for delivery within Australia and New Zealand.

If you have any special delivery instructions, simply add them to the ‘Order Notes’ section when you checkout.
Alternatively, send us an email with your instructions. We will try our best to communicate your requests to our delivery contractors.

We do not accept requests for personalised messages to be included with orders.

We are located on the fabulous Gold Coast, QLD.
All our rings are in stock right here in Australia and our team carefully packages each order locally.
This ensures FAST processing and delivery along with quality control for all orders.

We operate 100% online and do not have any physical stores. We do understand that buying rings online can be tricky and sometimes it’s nice to ‘touch and feel’ and try on first. To help make our customers feel more comfortable buying online, we have created an easy to use Ring Size Guide for your convenience and have generous return and exchange policies if things aren’t quite as you expected.
