What are your delivery charges?

We are pleased to offer our customers FREE Express Postage for all orders within Australia and a low, flat rate fee of only $9.95 for orders to New Zealand.

No other hidden shipping charges!

We currently offer the following secure and flexible payment methods:

How long will delivery take?

Our processing time is usually 1-2 business days. We send via Express Post which can deliver to most areas in Australia within 2-4 days.

If you are in regional areas or remote areas, delivery times can be longer. We do provide tracking details so you can follow and track your order’s journey.

How secure is shopping on your site? Is my data protected?

Our site uses 256bit SSL Encryption Technology. This technology is the industry standard for online shopping. Check the address bar at the top of your browser and look for the Green Padlock. This tells you that our site has met your browsers security standards.

We never hold any payment information on file and never receive any of your personal credit card details.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once a successful order has been placed the order will be sent to our studio where the products are selected and carefully packaged.

Your address details are entered into our system and are registered with Australia Post.
A tracking number is then generated and a label is attached to your order.
You will receive a confirmation email from us advising the tracking details.
Your order will then make it’s journey to our local Australia Post depot and then onto to your shipping address.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes! Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This is your invoice which outlines the ring you selected, any extra options you may have selected, order amount, your billing and shipping address along with your payment method.

You can print this if required as this will be required for any warranty claim as proof of purchase.

There will be no further invoice or packing slip included with your order.

Do you post overseas?

We are currently only accepting orders for delivery within Australia and New Zealand.

Where are you located?

We are located on the Brisbane, QLD. We keep our rings in stock and package them ourselves. This ensures FAST processing and delivery along with quality control for all orders.

Can I add special instructions for delivery?

Yes! If you have any special instructions for delivery, simply add the the ‘Order Notes’ section when you checkout. Alternatively, send us an email with your instructions.

What if I have a problem with my order?

At Just Rings, we want nothing more than to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase and our service. We welcome any customer to contact us if they have an issue with their order so we can try to help to resolve the problem.

Finding your ring size?

The easiest way to find your correct ring size is to measure one of your existing rings to determine the inside diameter.

Can your rings be removed in case of emergency?

If in the event that your ring needs to be removed, the Emergency Department at your local hospital should be able to do this. Some rings may require cutting or ‘shattering’ for removal however in most cases they can easily be removed.
