Postage Costs

Within Australia:

  • Free Shipping via Australia Post Express*

*Postage fee of $9.95 for standard postage applies to orders of individual ring boxes.

New Zealand:

  • $12.95 via Standard Post
  • $19.95 via Express Post

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • 2-4 business days* within Australia
  • 7-14 business days* to New Zealand

Delivery times are quoted as per the Australia Post Express Network estimates.

Order Processing Time:

  • Our standard processing time for most orders is 1-2 business days.
  • Our processing times are subject to all National and QLD Public Holidays.

Tracking Details:

  • All orders receive tracking details via email and are regularly monitored by our ordering system to confirm successful delivery.
  • Customers can use the “Track My Order” portal on this website for delivery updates

We choose to use Australia Post for the convenience of our customers. Australia Post has proved to be the fastest, most reliable option for us and allows orders to be sent to 99.9% of the Australian and New Zealand population – even to many remote areas.

Customers please note:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to non matching account information on order and payment method such as and not excluding Name, Address, Phone and/or email.
  • Orders paid with PayPal will be sent via the Name and Address on the PayPal account. This will override any address entered on your order. You will be notified of this via a note on your tracking confirmation email. If the PayPal account has an overseas address that does not match the order we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. Customer will be notified through email.
  • Once orders have been lodged with our delivery contractor, all orders are then subject to the responsibility, care and handling by them and their drivers.
  • Delivery times will depend on Australia Post’s ability to provide the expected service.
  • Natural Disasters, severe weather events or other incidents may impact the delivery time of your order.
  • Damaged in transit or missing items/orders will require investigation via our claims process – We will work with our customers and with Australia Post (or other delivery contractor) if this event was to ever occur.
  • A signature is not required for your order and some local delivery contractors may make the decision to ‘Safe Drop’ your order at your delivery address. Some orders will require signature and ID on delivery. You will be notified of this via your tracking confirmation email.
  • We encourage customers to use the tracking details we provide to manage the safe delivery of their order.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for theft of your item once delivery has been confirmed.
  • It is important to provide a suitable delivery address when placing your order. If there are any special delivery instructions, please add them to the ‘Order Notes’ section when completing the checkout process.
  • If a customer places a delivery redirection via Australia Post for their order, the estimated delivery times stated above are no longer applicable.

DISCLAIMER – Please note that your original shipping details MUST be correct. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed deliveries due to customers providing incorrect information.

If you need an order shipped out more than once, there will be an additional fee payable to cover postage (unless the error is ours). We provide tracking details for your convenience.

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to the incorrect address being entered on the order, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to recover the order and a replacement or refund will not be issued.
